You maximize the value of the Dynamic Safety Analyzer for Alliander. You forge a clear product vision from stakeholder input and market developments, managing a tightly prioritized backlog for the DevOps team. You guarantee alignment within the ART through continuous communication. Simultaneously, you seek out functional and quality improvements for efficient capacity management, thereby stimulating innovation for grid reliability. • Developing, aligning, and communicating the product vision for DSA.
• Prioritizing the DevOps team's work via the product backlog.
• Translating requirements into clear backlog items for the team.
• Aligning dependencies with other teams and stakeholders within the ART.
• Inspiring and motivating the team towards product goals.

You will be working at our Alliander business unit System Operations. Here you will share responsibility for managing and maintaining energy networks, like the electricity and gas grids. This is how we deliver energy to households, businesses and other clients.

Within System Operations, you will find smart and committed professionals. You will specifically lead the Dynamic Safety Analyzer (DSA) DevOps team. This team focuses on monitoring the electricity grid ahead in time, based on forecasts, to anticipate congestion problems and determine the remaining available capacity on our grid. These are fundamental functionalities for the daily execution of capacity management processes within Alliander.

• A completed HBO/WO degree in a technical, business, or IT field.
• Minimum 2-5 years relevant work experience as a Product Owner or similar.
• Knowledge of or affinity with the Energy domain, preferably Power Systems.
• Excellent communication and proven tactical stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive attitude with ability to identify and act on opportunities.

Attractive salary and benefits package

Based on a 40-hour working week, you will receive:

• a gross monthly salary of €5.103 to €7.291 (scale 10);
• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 5.2% ADV (shorter working hours) and 8% holiday allowance. You can have this budget paid out as extra salary or use it to purchase extra days off, for example. You choose the option that is right for you.
• 24.5 days’ holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB. It is also possible to swap 1 or 2 official public holidays under the collective labour agreement for public holidays of another culture or religion.
• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December.
• a sustainable employability (SE) budget of €500 per year. Choose a payment for a sport or hobby, to make your home more sustainable or to reduce your student loan debt with DUO, for example. You decide how your budget is spent.
• a pension with ABP, especially for the government and education sector. We will pay a 70% share of your pension contribution.
