We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager with a track record of successful coordination and support of multiple simultaneous projects.  Demonstrates ability to lead and communicate amongst cross-functional project teams to achieve on-time task and project completion.  Professional, flexible and service-oriented offering the ability to organize, prioritize and work in collaboration as well as independently.  This is a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of accuracy, the ability to multitask, and a passion for operational excellence.

What you'll do:                                                     

  • Independently manage multiple simultaneous projects with one or more clients
  • Facilitate project meetings to include project stakeholders and validate project scope and schedule
  • Actively monitor project budgets against actuals.  Track burn rates, remaining budget, and forecasted spending to ensure projects remain profitable.  Identify financial discrepancies or potential overruns early and escalate them to the appropriate resources
  • Manage end-to-end weekly timecard and expense process for internal employees and external vendors.  Ensure 100% compliance with submission deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project team to draft, review, and process Change Orders (COs).
  • Ensure scope defined in Statement of Work is delivered
  • Document, track, and communicate project issues and assist in issue resolution
  • Facilitate project closure process
  • Collaborate and assist Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on larger scoped projects
  • Establishes trust by building relationships with the project team
  • Identifies difficult situations or issues and escalates to proper team members
  • Regularly provide necessary project facets to the appropriate project team members
  • Adapts communication style and medium to meet needs and preferences of the audience.
  • Effectively builds consensus within the project team
  • Demonstrates active listening skills
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
  • Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-3+ years experience in Project Management and leading small to medium scale projects in a professional services organization. Or, 4+ years of experience in Project Management and leading small to medium scale projects in a professional services organization.
  • Understanding of project budgeting/tracking, resource allocation, and project lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of one or more formal project management methodologies including at least one that is iterative (non-waterfall).  
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Product Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.  
  • Experience with Agile Project Management Tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.), a plus.
  • Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools such as Salesforce, FinancialForce, or Workday ,a plus.
  • CAPM certification or interest in pursuing PMP and/or Agile Certification(s), a plus.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric), advanced analytics, governance, and multi-cloud architectures, alongside mainstream, legacy and emerging technologies is a plus.

Pay range: $63,000 - $92,720 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
