Responsibilities
- Perform office procedures including; billing, bookkeeping and typing/correspondence
- Ability to take vital signs, ECG and perform other clinical assistance tasks
- Interacts with patients and families in a professional manner
- Maintains professionalism while interacting with payors, vendors, insurance, etc.
Qualifications
- Requires completion of a Medical Assistant training program or a certification in Medical Assisting
- One year related experience preferred
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with patients and families and collaborate with health team members
- CPR certification
