<p><b>MANTECH</b> seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented <b>Sr. Field Service Representative </b>to join our vehicle sustainment team in <b>Trezbian, Poland</b>. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.<br/> </p><p><b>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provides technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems. </p></li><li><p>Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned TDL organizations. </p></li><li><p>Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.</p></li><li><p>Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.</p></li><li><p>Performs other related duties as assigned. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b>:</p><ul><li><p>A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.</p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated experience in the application of industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding.</p></li><li><p>Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.</p></li><li><p>Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed. </p></li><li><p>Must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from start date and the ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or GED and must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience on non-tactical/commercial vehicle fleets and/or military shall be with light or heavy duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations in support
