Key Accounts Specialist
Mishimoto is the world leader in performance cooling automotive parts. It is both our commitment to a quality product and excellence in customer experience that sets us apart. The Key Accounts Specialist is on the front lines every day ensuring that any question or concern is handled with the utmost professionalism and that a path forward is found. The Key Accounts Specialist will report to the Customer Experience Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Accommodate B2B customer requests from order request to fulfillment.
- Assist in general sales inquiries while finding solutions for our customers via email and phone. “I do not know” is not in our vocabulary. Every interaction ends with a clear resolution of what is going to be done to help the customer.
- Serve as a backup for outbound communication to all B2B customers including new product announcements or other Mishimoto events.
- Manage B2B portal accounts and answer questions surrounding our portal.
- Troubleshoot and communicate any IT-related issues involving B2B or Sales functions.
- Review and track wholesale returns, stock exchanges, and address shortages/overages in a timely manner.
- Assist Order Entry with B2B order coverage as needed.
- Work alongside the Customer Experience team to resolve issues pertaining to warranties, returns, fitment, or other CX related topics.
- Track and enforce intellectual property and pricing violations through multiple sales outlets.
- Support the Customer Experience Manager to develop reports providing an overview of wholesale inquiries, intellectual property, and pricing violations.

Your Creds
- Demonstrated 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Demonstrated 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales or Wholesale Accounts environment
- Demonstrated 1-2 years’ experience in the Auto industry, preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
You Must Have
- A keen understanding of how automotive systems, namely cooling, work together and a versed knowledge of car part functionality. You need to be able to ask the right troubleshooting questions to offer a path forward.
- Mad multitasking skills. Most of the day you’ll have a phone call coming in, a live chat support session, and three to four web pages open all at once. You are comfortable switching gears.
- A strong sense of empathy. You are attuned to hear the question behind a question. Customers must know that we are on their side, and we are here to fix the problem.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. You might not know all the answers, but you know how to find and communicate the solution.
