Responsibilities:

Lead and provide technical support in process optimization, upgrades, replacements, and modifications of manufacturing systems
Ensure compliance with current corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering improvements and optimization programs
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide guidance to junior associates
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of engineering improvements and compliance enhancements
Maintain and troubleshoot various manufacturing systems, electrical and mechanical
Assist in the development and implementation of process changes and improvements
Provide ongoing plant support, including troubleshooting and new function development
Perform routine technical tasks and provide technical expertise to plant personnel

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
Strong knowledge of regulated environments, such as cGMP, OSHA, and EPA
Experience with process optimization, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and technical report writing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required
