Finance Manager - Restaurant

We have partnered with a full-service restaurant group who is rapidly growing and is now looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the internal financial reporting as well as provide timely, insightful, and actionable analysis of various business initiatives. What you would be doing:

• Responsible for creating the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and analysis of ongoing business results for the Senior Leadership team and for the Board of Directors
• Manage the company-wide budgetary planning process
• Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist Senior Vice President of Finance in creating strategic plans for the future
• Performs financial modeling and analysis - weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
• Cash flow modeling
• Oversee a Senior Financial Analysis staff member
• Additional job responsibilities as assigned

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience with advanced financial modeling skills
• Restaurant or multi-unit retail environment industry experience preferred
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills
• Experience working with R365 a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Someone who thrives in a high growth, high volume, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication skills
