SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analyzes, batches and researches special and complex accounts payable invoices.
2. Contributes to the work flow, systems procedures, review and improvement of the Accounts Payable (A/P) and section.
3. Completes special assignments and projects as directed.
4. Assists with the system balancing function of A/P.
5. Provides back-up materials for approval and maintenance of A/P invoices.
6. Performs other job-related duties as required.
