Product Safety / Energy Efficiency Technician

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Product Safety and energy efficiency testing such as Temperature Test, Drop Test, Leakage/Touch Current Test, various energy efficiency tests.
• Recording and analyzing test data.
• Works/interfaces with safety compliance engineers and designers to meet safety requirements and improve product design.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment or lab.

Requirements

• 1+ years testing experience in a hi-tech environment.
• Proficient in using basic testing equipment e.g. oscilloscope, power meter, and temperature logger and sensors (thermocouples).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as schematic diagram.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
