Experienced Application Architect

Summary

Your role in our mission

• Expert in account domain / 360 view of account 
• Technology focused 
•  Provides recommendations on potential threats/risks 
•  Implements technical processes to roll out solutions and DevOps pipelines 
• Delivers Projects 
•  Member of change advisory board and architecture review board 
• Consulted on non-routine problems, Level 4 supports 
• Participates in escalation calls 
• Can be client facing 
• Conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of moderately complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies 
• Conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of routine hosting/configuration tools and methodologies 
• Coordinates with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriates releases 
• Provides high-level analysis and design reviews to other department members to avoid duplication of effort in solving the same application problems with different products.  
• Works with third party vendors to develop and/or integrate their applications into company products; ensures that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines.  
• Works with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction 
   

What we're looking for

•  Eight or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience  
•  Experience working with: 
  • architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF 
  • software systems, applications and network markets  
  • technical products, vendors, and families of technologies and company hardware and software products  
  • broad business area and knowledge of competitor products and services  
  • application design principles and product configurations  
  • appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software to understand product line software and hardware  
  • mainframes, scheduling software, and other related technologies  
  • software development life cycle and client requirements  
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel  
•  Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management 
• Knowledge or experience in healthcare or government health and human services 
•   KY Data Warehouse:
  • Work with Cloud engineers, account, and Genius architect to produce an enterprise architecture deliverable for the Client. We need three separate diagrams
  •  Enterprise architecture for Enhanced Reporting 
  • Network connections between KY  & Genius Platform
  •  Data flow 
• PAI Role:
  • In addition to the expected skills of a Gainwell Advisor Level Architect …
  •  Client facing DDI architect to represent all aspects of the Interoperability service including 1upHealth platform components for projects with accounts, vendors, and clients.

  •  Data transition and transformation
  • Process and program management support.
  •  Presales support
  • Understand and explain the CMS Interoperability rules and solution to Gainwell accounts and clients
  • Understand the future requirements and be able to articulate to clients and accounts Gainwell’s direction.
