Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event success
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Handle any last-minute changes or challenges efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet event objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination
