Regency Oaks is looking for a hospitality focused HVAC LEAD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in a human resource department or similar work preferred.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience. 
• EPA universal certification 
• HVAC Certified
• Ability to use a ticketing system.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
• Demonstrate detail and accuracy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English.

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day

Salary: Starting at $26.00 per hour, $1500 Sign On Bonus
