FP&A Associate

AT A GLANCE

Based on our company growth and recent acquisitions, RVO Health is seeking a FP&A Associate to join our FP&A team. 

Note: This role will be participating in a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work days in Fort Mill, SC.

What You’ll Do

• Support our planning process, including strategic alignment, annual forecasting, and resource allocation 
• Maintain rolling monthly and annual forecasts
• Conduct regular financial reviews in partnership with Business Leaders: gather, consolidate, and analyze results; prepare internal and external reporting deliverables; analyze trends & drivers; understand forecast vs. actual variances
• Conduct analysis to determine the strategic and financial impact of critical business decisions and help scope new growth opportunities (e.g. our expansion into Business Development)
• Build robust reporting and analytics tools on financial performance to arm all business leaders to make the best possible decisions; this includes ownership of the customer value models

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics 
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, VLOOKUP)
• Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• A demonstrated track record of success academically or in prior internships, with experience proactively taking ownership of important projects
• Intellectual curiosity with a desire to work with large data sets and compelling business challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated
• Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• A steady desire and commitment to get better every day

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
