Medical Front Desk Associate (FULL-TIME)

“Peters Medical Research is looking for a Medical Front Desk Associate to Join Our Team!”

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management: Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive; maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line system.
Administrative Support: Manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance/demographics, and handle mail distribution.
Operations: Update calendars, prepare meeting rooms, and assist with general filing and clerical tasks.
Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm

Qualifications:

1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent
Candidate must be a self-starter and adapt to departmental changes when necessary.
Multilingual is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer service skills are pertinent.
