This position requires working five days per week, handling inbound telephone calls related to medical malpractice and nursing home claims. Our clients are often navigating traumatic and emotionally difficult situations, and Nurse Intake Specialists serve as their first point of contact - making empathy, professionalism, and compassion essential to success in this role.</p> <p>Candidates who live within a&nbsp;commutable distance of a Morgan &amp; Morgan office will be expected to work on‑site as part of their regular schedule.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have availability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST, with weekend coverage required as business needs dictate.
