As the Employee Housing Housekeeper & Operations Assistant for Gozzer Ranch, you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. About the Position

The Employee Housing Housekeeper & Operations Assistant supports the Employee Housing Manager in all aspects of employee housing, with a primary focus on cleaning and preparing rooms, apartments, and houses for staff accommodations. Additionally, this role assists with various projects and operational functions of the Employee Housing Program. Based primarily at 'The Ranch House' in downtown Coeur d'Alene, this position may also require occasional work and errands at other housing locations in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls.

Your key areas of responsibility are outlined below:

Key Area #1: Employee Experience, Vibe and Teamwork

• Always provide our employees and residents with prompt and friendly service.

• Maintain a courteous attitude toward ALL Gozzer Employees.

Key Area #2: Housekeeping & Daily Operations

• Serve as the primary housekeeper for employee housing locations including the Ranch House and other off-site apartments/houses
• Maintain all exterior/community spaces at the Ranch House
• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of all housing locations, including furnishing and stocking units, completing pre/post-arrival checklists, and periodic inspections.
• Identify and perform basic maintenance tasks (within ability). Promptly report any major issues or maintenance needs that you are unable to complete.
• Support Housing Manager in a variety of special projects and operations as needed. Including moving furniture, organizing, vehicle upkeep, bicycle repairs, waste removal, etc.
• Occasionally assist with employee transportation needs including but not limited to; airport pickup/drop-off, social security/bank appointments, grocery store runs, driving the employee shuttle etc. (company vehicle provided)

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and initiative.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Basic Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively with all personality types.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions independently.
• Ability to work weekends, morning, and nights.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperatures to include inside and outside areas.
• Ability to perform medium physical tasks, exerting up to 50 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis independently or with help.
• Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying.
