About the role A server assistant,  supports servers in the Onyx Bar & Lounge by handling tasks like clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers & bartenders, delivering food, and maintaining a clean dining area. They play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient service, often acting as a liaison between the front and back of the house. 

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

• Table Maintenance:

  Clearing used plates, glassware, and silverware, and resetting tables with clean linens and tableware. 

• Food Delivery:

  Assisting with delivering food orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation. 

• General Support:

  Refilling water glasses and beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting with other tasks as needed by servers or other staff. Assisting bartenders with glassware and polishing.

• Customer Service:

  Greeting guests, providing menus, and ensuring a positive dining experience. 

• Maintaining Cleanliness:

  Keeping the dining area, service stations, and potentially the kitchen clean and organized.
