Overview
The Senior Marketing Intelligence Analyst will support Frontwave Credit Union’s overall strategy by leveraging insights gleaned from Member and market data using a wide variety of sources and making recommendations aimed at improving Member experience and operational excellence, while driving change and market growth. Success in this role will require a broad skill set that includes qualitative and quantitative research, and analytics.
In this role, you will be collaborating closely with Frontwave’s internal business partners, agencies and research vendors to develop innovative solutions and insights using data and analysis tools. This position is responsible to uphold and abide by Frontwave Credit Union’s core values and service expectations.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures:
- Gather, manipulate and analyze disparate data. Use database query techniques, spreadsheet software and other platforms to provide management with statistics, forecasts, and analysis
- Meet with various departments and stakeholders to determine reporting needs and create processes for data collection where necessary.
- Communicate meaningful insights learned from data analysis to senior and executive management in a non-technical manner. Perform data preparation, statistical model framework design, estimation, performance and diagnostic testing, implementation, and ongoing monitoring to predict and/or optimize desired objectives from business stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and report data from multiple systems in order to measure key processes, member behavior, and overall trends with a focus on member experience.
- Manage Member loyalty program reporting, analysis, and data feeds to enable targeted marketing, member lifetime value/growth opportunities, member loyalty and organizational improvement.
- Support and manage a wide variety of member and market research studies and initiatives, while maintaining a “roll up your sleeves, and dig into the data/findings” mindset and approach to your work.
- Manage primary and secondary research. Collect and analyze market and member data such as segmentation, data mining for predictive insights, member profiling, potential markets, and more for strategic/operational insights and actionable plans.
- Direct CRM & MCIF analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with business partners and cross-functional teams to support a fact-driven and “through consumers’ eyes” decision-making culture.
- Develop actionable insights based on synthesis of multiple research and analytic learnings; present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Recommend appropriate analytic approaches for identifying new ways to apply research and analytics to grow the business.
- Prepare and present analysis reports (including data, findings, and recommendations) to cross-functional, non-technical groups, including senior executives.
- Maintain business definitions in the form of a data dictionary for all department managed models.
- Prepare reports in a manner that is clear and comprehensible to management, internal auditors and regulatory examiners.
- Communicate member experience issues and market opportunities with key stakeholders such as business lines, management team, and Lending/Operations teams.
