Senior Digital Experience Engineer

Across the Embrace Software portfolio, we run a growing library of B2B SaaS brands — each with its own website, CMS, landing page stack, and digital presence. We're in the middle of migrating legacy WordPress sites, building net-new pages on modern CMS platforms, launching campaign landing pages, and building webform + UTM infrastructure that actually ties back to revenue. This is the person who owns all of it across brands, and makes it look like one team built it.WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Design & UX. Create wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, and design systems aligned with brand and business goals. Own the visual quality bar across all digital properties.
- Engineering. Build and manage sites across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom stacks. Develop themes, templates, and reusable components. Migrate from legacy CMS to modern platforms end-to-end.
- Campaigns. Build and maintain landing pages, UTM tracking flows, and webforms that connect to CRM. Work with marketing and sales enablement teams to hit launch timelines.
- AI & Speed. Identify and implement AI tools that cut turnaround. Use Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and whatever comes next to scaffold code, draft copy, and automate the repetitive stuff.
- Delivery. Manage multiple concurrent projects across brands. Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Create structure where there isn't any.

- You have shipped real migrations and real builds — not just maintained what someone else left behind
- You pick up a new CMS or framework without waiting for full documentation — you just get in and figure it out
- You are as comfortable in Figma as you are in a code editor — moving between design and build feels natural, not like switching gears
- Three projects live at once does not stress you out — it is just Tuesday, and none of them get dropped
- You use AI tools the way others use copy-paste — instinctively, constantly, and always looking for the next one that saves you an hour
Requirements
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years building production websites — not just tweaking themes
- Delivered CMS migrations, landing page systems, and design overhauls
- Worked across multiple brands or clients simultaneously
- Portfolio that shows range: brand sites, campaign pages, complex CMS builds

- Comfortable in startup ambiguity — you create structure, not wait for it
- Give and receive feedback fast, make decisions without hand-holding
- Relentlessly curious about what's next in tooling and AI
- Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders at every level
