Warehouse Associate (Columbia, MO.)

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will play an important part in the efficiency and effectiveness of the Warehouse/Supplies department and contribute to delivering excellent customer service! However, being a Warehouse Associate means more than just daily operations – it's a commitment to fostering personal and professional development in a family-owned company dedicated to the growth of its employees!

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize Safety: Uphold safety standards, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to a secure working environment
• Efficient Logistics: Play a crucial role in shipping, receiving, inventory control, safety protocols, and the comprehensive management of product delivery and returns
  • Specific Tasks:
    • Conduct accurate Cycle Counts
    • Oversee Dead Stock inventory diligently
    • Fulfill supply orders, Restock shelves, Process Warranties seamlessly.

Qualifications for Success:

• Warehouse Background: Prior experience is a plus but we welcome candidates with no experience too!
• Effective Communication: Great communication and customer service skills.
• Inventory Management: Familiarity with maintaining and controlling inventory is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving!
