Associate Applications Support Administrator

Administers the installation, configuration, integration and troubleshooting for major productions applications and/or related sub-systems.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision and relies on significant knowledge to support and administer production support applications.
• Coordinates problem solving and troubleshooting activities.
• Technical liaison between application development and infrastructure teams for production environment design, setup, configuration, and implementation.
• Coordinates with application areas to ensure all integration points with existing systems and infrastructure work properly.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 1 year - Experience in Information Technology required

Skills\Certifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Specific Requirements: 

• Working experience in supporting windows servers from an application standpoint.
• Facets application experience would be a plus.
