Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Janitorial Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental Services (EVS) and janitorial operations, particularly in healthcare or regulated environments. This position requires regular travel between sites, strong leadership skills, and the ability to support and manage teams across different locations. A commitment to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client service is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial and EVS operations at multiple facilities within the assigned region.

• Train, mentor, and lead frontline janitorial staff to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.

• Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols, infection control, safety standards, and company procedures.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor service levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Manage schedules, approve time worked, and coordinate coverage across sites.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain inventory control and coordinate supply ordering for assigned locations.

• Prepare reports and communicate regularly with the Regional Manager and internal leadership team.

• Travel frequently to support operations. 

• Monitor and enforce safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

• Other tasks and projects requested by the customer and/or Advanced Building Maintenance, Inc team. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or EVS operations, preferably in healthcare or high-compliance environments.

• Strong knowledge of janitorial cleaning techniques, materials, and safety procedures.

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities in multi-site operations.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and staff.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; frequent travel between sites.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
