Job Description

To effectively control quality inspection plans and lots, raw material certifications and product certifications within the quality systems.  Additional support will be given in complaints, sample retention, internal auditing and other clerical duties.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Awareness of and adherence to all suitable and relevant Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Develop new inspection plans, revise current inspection plans and ensure data specialists are provided accurate information for data entry.  Investigate issues and follow-through to resolution.
• Supports quality activities with suppliers, using appropriate communication skills.  These activities include the entry and processing of supplier complaints as well as necessary follow-through with any required reports and corrective action finding                            s.
• Creates new product certification profiles and maintain all product certification profiles within SAP.  Investigate issues and follow-through to resolution.  Create product certifications (COA’s and COC’s) for shipments within SAP.  Investigate issue
