Financial Analyst

Description

We are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

This position reports to the CFO and supports a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives.  The role contributes to improved organizational performance through analysis and problem-solving.  

Requirements

• Contributes to improved organizational performance through analysis and problem-solving. 
• Analyze current and past financial data, identify trends, prepare reports, and develop financial forecasts.
• Work with operating managers to create annual budgets and dashboards to enable them to optimize the performance of their businesses.
• Assist the CFO in the role of liaison to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors, providing data, analysis, and insights to the committee as directed.
• Contribute to the development of proposals for new business plans and RFP responses. 
• Lead development of business plans, including market research, competitor and financial analysis, opportunity analysis, critical success factor identification, and go-forward strategies. 
• Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions; define and report business requirements. 
• Develop and recommend solutions to meet business goals including costs, resource needs, profitability, impact, and implementation plans & timelines. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• 90k-100k annually (depending on experience)
