Barista/Cashier/Kitchen members

It's Boba Time - Saugus is looking for experienced staff with a commitment to career growth. We will give competitive pay based on your skill set but must be available anytime.

• FULL TIME / PART TIME Morning/Mid-day/Evening shift. Must be fully available for any day and any shift throughout the week, including weekends.
• Provide friendly customer service at the cash register and prepare orders received from walk-in customers or online orders.
• Cook teas, toppings, and Boba to prepare for current and next day’s use.
• Clean and organize the store at the end of the day if applicable.
• Collaborate with a group of coworkers in maintaining a productive, fun, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3-6 months of experience in the boba industry is preferred.
• Availability and flexibility to work various shifts.
• Great customer service and work attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Food handlers certificate.
• Great team management skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age or older.
