About the Role

FIS is looking for a Business Process Analyst for its Image Solutions team in Jacksonville, FL. Your main task will be to create Power BI dashboards for multiple business lines. These dashboards will help leaders make data-driven decisions, spot trends, and understand client product usage. You will work with senior analysts to convert data into user-friendly dashboards and collaborate with business leaders to ensure the data meets their needs.

About The Team

Image Solutions serves over 1,000 clients ranging from small to very large organizations. Our division delivers Item Processing, Distributed Capture, Lockbox, Content Management services to our client base. Everything we do is because of our clients, and we need to ensure a consistent delivery across our division's line of business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze business requirements
• Understand FIS contract language to identify products and services
• Compose complex SQL queries
• Build user-friendly Power BI dashboards
• Provide dashboards for PowerPoint presentations
• Adjust dashboards as requested by the business leaders

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Bonus If You Have

• Basic banking knowledge
• Artificial Intelligence experience
• Business Intelligence and analytics software (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in SQL (MS and/or Oracle)
