Job Description Summary

The National Clinician Scholars Program (NCSP) Part-time Evaluation Coordinator will work closely with the NCSP national office, faculty directors and staff at the six NCSP training sites, and the NCSP national evaluation committee to coordinate and oversee efforts related to the NCSP National Evaluation Plan. This will include critical tasks such as data collection, data analysis, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with national office, faculty directors and staff at six training sites, and national program board evaluation committee to coordinate and oversee efforts related to NCSP national evaluation plan
  • Coordinate survey dissemination and data collection from multiple constituent groups
  • Refine survey instruments as needed
  • Perform rigorous data analysis using descriptive and advanced inferential statistics
  • Collaborate on creating graphics, fact sheets, narrative reports, and other materials used for internal reporting and learning purposes and for strategic print and digital communications for external audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in public health, behavioral, social, or biological sciences (or related fields from an accredited institution of higher education), and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Program evaluation experience (higher education program evaluation experience especially desirable)
  • Strong analytic skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Sound statistical understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Well-versed in statistical and data management software, such as SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau, etc.
