The Boeing CompanyThe Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) organization is seeking an experienced/senior Staff Analyst to provide critical executive business support and to lead its internal communications and recognition program.

This position is a full-time on-site position in Everett, WA but may require infrequent travel to other Puget Sound locations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and management of the MOS&L Leadership business cadence and operating rhythm and other MOS&L Leadership objectives.
- Lead, develop, coordinate, facilitate, and maintain and execute Organizational Communications, including communication processes and standards, in accordance with MOS&L Executive expectations.
- Acquire resources for recognition, culture-enhancement or other business initiatives; leads recurring process improvements and change management.
- Interface, communicate and develop relationships with various business units and cross-functional teams.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to develop solutions & drive action on certain business priorities.
- Assist in data coordination and development of executive meeting briefing materials.
- Oversee the planning and execution of organizational culture improvement activities based on yearly Culture Survey results.
- Maintain a comprehensive recognition program for quarterly recognition and service awards.
- Oversee the yearly organization recognition budget and track performance to plan.
- Stay abreast of Boeing and industry communication/culture trends and best practices.
- Capture and curate visual content for special events MOS&L participates in or leads.
- Collaborate with Boeing Branding team on organization’s visual identity and creative direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience facilitating meetings and producing and/or presenting material at the Executive level
- Experience leading the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
- Experience in a customer-focused role
- Proven experience in developing and presenting recommendations to executive-level management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Background in Communications, Project Management or Business Operations
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
- Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing business objectives
