Job Summary

To support our growth we’re looking for a Micro Kitchen (MK) Assistant Manager to join our amazing Canteen team!

 

The MK Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall success of the assigned MK neighborhood by adhering to the Client’s culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and Canteen’s standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation.  

 

As the Assistant MK Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative and operational tasks including sanitation and safety. This position also directs employees to accomplish the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers, and maintains a working relationship with the Client.

The great things you will do

• Manage workplace and food safety, including allergen management 

• Print daily signage for MK fruit with any other pertinent communication and ensure communication is clearly visible, nicely displayed, and accurate in content.

• Supervise the daily conduct of the staff; coaches and disciplines according to standards set in Canteen Hourly Handbook.

• Respond to customer feedback within 24 hours, including feedback given via email or public forums.

• Develop and revise MK Attendants daily and weekly cleaning checklists and oversee their accomplishment.

• Conduct weekly F.A.C.T. meetings, and ensures that regular trainings are occurring in units
