As the Senior Manager of Product Marketing for the Contact Center, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling product messaging and positioning, share inspiring stories, and deliver groundbreaking demos. You'll collaborate with teams across product management, go-to-market, campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement to drive pipeline growth. Your experience in building scalable programs and driving cross-functional alignment will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in the contact center and a deep understanding of the ecosystem, and a proven track record of creating impactful messaging and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated messaging and value propositions that clearly communicate the benefits of Salesforce’s contact center solutions.

  • Create industry-specific content, including webinars, blogs, and case studies, to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Lead impactful product launches that motivates customers to purchase our contact center and inspire analysts to recommend Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with the go-to-market team to convert marketing and industry initiatives into actionable sales plays and enablement strategies that accelerate business growth.

  • Deliver high-impact presentations and product demos for internal stakeholders, customers, and industry events.


Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing or corporate marketing.

  • 4+ years of experience in the contact center, telephony market, or CCaaS market.

  • Proven ability to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and customer facing content for enterprise technology products.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and customer executives.

  • Experience creating a range of marketing assets including pitch decks, demo videos, customer success stories, and thought leadership content.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Service Cloud Voice and expertise in the contact center, telephony, or CCaaS market.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects with autonomy and clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Positive, can-do attitude that fosters optimism, creativity, and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
