<h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Specialist, FP&amp;A Sales Analysis</strong> for our SSC office in Budapest.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position is for YOU, if you</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>have a dynamic attitude and excellent communication skills</li> <li>like to use your English skills daily</li> <li>are passionate about Finance</li> <li>enjoy hybrid working setup</li> <li>like being part of a community</li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>A <strong>Senior Specialist, Financial Planning Analysis</strong>  is responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Leading interactions with Engineered Materials (EM) business on forecasting and actual result issues and processes primarily focusing on EMEA.</li> <li>Financial modeling – supports short term and long term financial forecasting and various ad hoc requests.</li> <li>Providing input for the analysis of the product lines’ financial position by maintaining and enhancing current forecasting models in EMEA.</li> <li>Exposure to upper management through projects and presentations.</li> <li>Exposure to business operations (Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and head quarter personnel).</li> </ul> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>YOU will be involved in the following tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitors financial metrics versus forecast and budget and highlights potential key business issues for EMEA.</li> <li>Reviews month-end results by monitoring revenue for EMEA.</li> <li>Supports the preparation and review of earnings flashes, forecasts and budgets for EMEA.</li> <li>Provides analysis on current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and presents these to the VP Commercial, Business directors and regional commercial leaders.</li> <li>Assists in quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis, including those required for auditors for the European region.</li> <li>Supports in the analysis of financial information and reports for EMEA to provide financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.</li> <li>Reviews and approves sales contracts for the EMEA region.</li> <li>Provides a quarterly forecast of POC net earnings along with corresponding analysis and deviations.</li> <li>Calculates and makes the necessary transfer price adjustments for the EM legacy POC structure in EMEA.</li> <li>Develops a good understanding of market dynamics within the business line to identify and support business opportunities.</li> <li>Communicates financial results and makes recommendations on actions needed to meet targets.</li> <li>Financial modeling – short term and long-term financial forecasts and various ad hoc requests.</li> <li>Analyzes the business lines’ financial position by maintaining and enhancing current forecasting models.</li> <li>Gatekeeper for EM and EMEA related Finance roles in SAP.
