Job Description

Your area of responsibility

• Proactive support of team members in the development and expansion of our business with wealthy private clients

• Independent and proactive handling of daily business including preparation and follow-up of customer appointments

• Independent customer interaction (pending management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.) as well as order acceptance and processing (in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, and payment transactions)

• Participation in the organisation and preparation of customer events in collaboration with marketing as well as selective participation in representative events – taking over reception duties

Requirements

Your profile

• Completed training, several years of experience in retail banking would be an advantage

•  Commitment and a very high level of initiative

• High customer orientation and service readiness with the highest standards of quality and reliability

• Empathy and polished manners as well as very good communication skills

• Very good system and IT knowledge

• Strong team skills

• Fluent German and English skills
