Job Description
As a Senior SEO Specialist with potential for team leadership, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies for a diverse client portfolio. This role combines hands-on SEO expertise with strategic planning, allowing you to directly influence client success and agency growth. You’ll work closely with UK-based teams, applying your decade-plus experience to guide overall SEO direction. Responsibilities
- Craft and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple high-profile clients
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Develop and oversee the implementation of 6-month SEO roadmaps for each client
- Stay at the cutting edge of SEO trends, continuously integrating new best practices
- Collaborate seamlessly with UK-based client relations and sales teams
- Contribute strategic insights to expand and enhance the agency’s SEO service offerings
- Prepare for future team leadership, including mentoring and managing SEO professionals
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Demonstrated track record of significantly improving search rankings and organic traffic
- Advanced proficiency in SEO tools, analytics, and latest optimization techniques
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly
- Experience in team leadership or management, with a talent for mentoring others
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to strategy recommendation
- Adaptability to work across various industries and diverse client types
- Availability to work part-time, 4 hours daily from 9 AM to 1 PM UK time
- Potential interest in transitioning to a full-time role with expanded responsibilities
