At Blue Jay ABA, we provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team, made up of skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), works closely with families to deliver personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each child's unique strengths and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA  
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.  
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software 
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs 
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress. 
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals 
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions 
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
