Associate Frontend Engineer

Cadent powers the evolution of TV brand advertising. We provide marketers, agencies, operators, and media owners with data-driven solutions for buying and selling TV advertising. By connecting brands with opportunities across national inventory sources - cable, broadcast, and digital media - our technology improves efficiencies and boosts the results of linear, addressable, and cross-screen campaigns. We are looking for an exceptional Associate Frontend Engineer to join our Software Development Team.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Develop state of the art web applications working in a team of developers, product managers, UX designers and QA engineers.

• Leverage generative AI toolsets to accelerate development workflows.

• Complete defined tasks and while adhering to coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews and follow best testing practices.

• Work in development teams to implement solutions and hand off more advanced issues when necessary.

• Communicate issue status between the development groups. 

• Participate in all planning sessions, Scrum calls and the Agile process.

• You are eager to build compelling web applications working with some of the best developers.

• You are abreast of new technologies and looking to produce quality code and solve fun problems. 

• You are ready to be challenged in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• You are not afraid to speak up and ask for insight or guidance on assigned tasks.

• You have a willingness to learn common patterns and architectures, and quickly learn from your mistakes.

 

What you need:

• Proficiency in web development with React.

• Experience with state management solution like Zustand or Redux.

• Skilled with HTML, CSS, Javascript and Node package manager (npm).

• Excellent oral and written communications skills and a strong customer service ethic.

• The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
