Job Description

  • U.S. Bank Early Careers team is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team! This role will focus on relationships with target universities in the southeastern United States. The position will own intern recruiting for assigned schools. The Early Careers is ever evolving and looking to add a creative and organized recruiter to their team. As the busy fall season is kicking off, we're hoping you can jump in and make an impact immediately. The early careers recruiter role is dynamic - with elements of recruiting, business development, stakeholder management, social media marketing and project work. The teams use Workday and Phenom for candidate tracking and event management.

  • Location and travel: This role will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN. Team members who are in a hybrid role will spend three (3)+ days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days. This position will travel up to 25% in the Fall and Spring.

    Basic Qualifications

    - This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 2 or more years of early careers recruiting experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

    - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    - Must have early careers/campus experience

    - Workday and/or Phenom experience is a plus

    - Creativity, organization and innovative nature is desired
    - Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
    - Effective project management skills
    - Strong marketing, social media and recruitment network skills
    - Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
    - Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
    - Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
