Description:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly-technical web applications for the Company’s omnichannel activation platform. Identify and recommend ways to enhance the core functionality of the Company’s omnichannel activation platform and assess how it relates and will perform based on user needs and requirements. Will also lead the coding, development, and testing efforts to ensure our platform is operating efficiently and mentor junior engineers in these areas. Specific duties include:

• Lead the technical reviews of highly-technical project deliverables including requirement specifications, functional designs, technical designs and other project documentation to ensure the code deliverability and acceptance criteria of requirements.
• Lead the development of responsive web portal application and enterprise services using Asp.Net, Angular, .Net MVC 3, JQuery, MVC, C#, .Net Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, Css 3.0, SQL Server 2016 , Visual Studio .Net 2017.
• Lead in designing SQL Databases based on software application requirements, and review technical SQL queries and procedures of varying complexity per technical specification, and design specification.
• Assess and provide framework recommendations for user testing and usability testing with specific user groups.
• Define development scope, approach, risks, and assumptions for the Company’s web and software applications.
• Research new technologies and share discoveries with upper management to implement in existing technology development and testing.
• Resolve and manage technical defects according to established processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the product. Submit daily status regarding the work that has been completed for the previous day as well as work that will be completed on the current day.
• Establish and communicate technical project statuses and metrics to project stakeholders according to the application standards after each UserStory completion.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience performing software engineering/development activities throughout the entire software development life cycle. Experience must include each of the following, which may be gained concurrently:

• Five (5) years of experience participating in Agile development to define, analyze user requirements, and provide technical solutions based on user needs;
• Five (5) years of experience utilizing SQL, Web API, WCF, C#, ASP.Net, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS;
• Five (5) years of experience providing maintenance and support for software applications to ensure optimal and advanced technical performance; and
• Five (5) years of experience preparing test case plans for robust software applications.
