Chubb is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VP, Strategy Execution to play a pivotal role in accelerating our AI adoption and integration across various business functions. This role would report to the Global Analytics EVP.

Scope of role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Partner with the EVP of Global Analytics to execute AI strategy across Chubb, generating short and long term strategic financial and technical roadmaps reflective of priorities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential AI applications within the insurance landscape.
  • Implement comprehensive AI strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of project plans for AI implementation, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and define the major strategic issues for the organization and integrate diverse stakeholder interests with the Chubb’s broader agenda to inform the development and prioritization of project initiatives and to proactively understand and mitigate risks.
  • Define business strategies and organizational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple major projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects as well as accelerate outcomes.
  • Draft high-quality technical documents, white papers, and presentations to communicate complex AI concepts to various audiences, Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Perform advanced data analysis using Excel functions and tools (pivot tables, macros, formulas).
    • Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets.
    • Create insightful reports and visualizations (charts, graphs) to communicate findings effectively.
  • Design, build, and act as an owner of dashboards, data visualizations and data powered reports to deliver recommendations to leaders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technology, data science, operations) to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of AI models, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and related technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-10+ years’ relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably focused on AI or related technology fields.
  • High detail-orientation with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience executing corporate and functional business unit strategies, business cases, financial models, as well as championing new initiatives to a successful conclusion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to ensuring accuracy and quality in all work products.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for the role is $128,500 to $215,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
