    • Manage portfolio financials, ensuring optimal stewardship of technology investments and clear value realization tracking across the EOSS ecosystem.

  • Execution & Delivery Excellence:

    • Orchestrate and lead complex, cross-functional delivery efforts for EOSS initiatives, spanning engineering, product, architecture, cyber security, risk & compliance, data, and business operations teams.

    • Proactively identify and resolve impediments, manage critical paths and inter-team dependencies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality EOSS solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication:

    • Serve as the primary technology point of contact for COO leadership regarding EOSS, providing executive-ready updates, strategic insights, and preparing comprehensive materials for steering committees.

    • Facilitate high-impact Steering Committees, Portfolio Review Boards, and Architecture Review Board engagements, driving informed decision-making for Source to Pay technologies.

  • Innovation, Automation & Efficiency:

    • Identify, champion, and deliver AI-driven and automation opportunities across EOSS operations, leveraging emerging technologies such as generative AI, predictive analytics, workflow intelligence, and robotic process automation (RPA) to transform procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.

    • Drive significant efficiency programs, targeting measurable improvements in operational cycle time, data accuracy, process throughput, and cost-to-serve across the COO's EOSS mandate.

  • Risk & Controls Alignment:

    • Ensure all EOSS technology solutions and processes adhere to internal risk and control frameworks, external regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks within the EOSS portfolio.
