This entry-level Finance Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team that sits at the intersection of our respective Lines of Business (LOBs) and Marketplaces. You will work on developing and driving consolidated financial reporting across these areas and support our forecasting and planning processes. This role blends strategy and finance, helping identify and solve business challenges with data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze weekly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports across multiple LOBs. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting and consolidating data from various departments. Support the development and monitoring of financial forecasts and budget-to-actual analysis.
- Data Management: Gather, clean, and organize financial data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to support decision-making.
- Financial Modeling: Contribute to the creation of financial models that evaluate different business scenarios, providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams across operations, sales, marketing, and other departments to collect data, share financial insights, and support strategic initiatives.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver financial analysis for ad-hoc requests from senior management and other teams.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 1 years of experience in management consulting, finance, finance accounting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in finance or related fields. Experience working with SaaS-based business models a plus
- Strong systems skills with a preference toward Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau
- Effective communication: Excellent communication skills to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations; ability to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to propose data-driven solutions.

The pay range for this role is $78,000 to $126,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
