Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Service Cloud, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Salesforce Advance, SFDC Customization, SFDC Knowledge, and SFDC Data.

Requirements

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

- Oversee the customization and configuration of SFDC Service Cloud, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Experience Cloud.

- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Advance and ensure best practices are followed.

- Develop and maintain SFDC Knowledge articles to support end-users.

- Manage SFDC Data and ensure data integrity and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Create detailed technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and configurations.

- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in Salesforce technologies.

- Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are scalable and maintainable.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
