ABOUT TOPGOLF
Topgolf is where golf meets a great time. We're a high-energy sports entertainment venue where every shift is different, every guest brings their own energy, and the people who work here make it all happen. If you're looking for a place to grow, have fun, and be part of something bigger than a job description, you're in the right place.
WHAT WE’RE SEEKING
Are you a natural leader who knows how to keep a team fired up and a venue running smoothly at the same time? Do you lead by example, hold the standard without being heavy-handed, and genuinely care about the experience your guests and your team are having? Can you run an opening, own a closing, and handle whatever happens in between?
We're looking for a Front of House Supervisor who makes the shift happen. You'll coach your team, hold the floor, and make sure every guest walks away thinking that was awesome. If you bring energy, accountability, and a team-first mindset to every shift, this role was made for you.
THE ROLE
The Front of House Supervisor leads the team in delivering a best-in-class guest experience every shift. You'll handle general operational responsibilities like opening, closing, and managing the flow of the venue while making sure none of that ever gets in the way of taking care of the guest. You'll coach your team, uphold service and safety standards, and step into whatever the business needs to run at its best.
This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

Representing the Culture
Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values in every interaction with guests and the team: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring
Be the kind of leader your team wants to <
