Work Schedule: Not to exceed 20 hours per week. Daily start times and workdays will be discussed and established based on the applicant’s academic schedule and WHRI’s needs. Typically, these are M-F between 8:00 am-5:00 pm and possibly Saturdays.

Pay Rate: $18.00

We’re looking for a responsible student who can care for livestock and educate people about sustainable agriculture. We are looking for an individual that we can take what they are learning at Baylor and apply it here at the Farm. We want to invest in an individual who loves working outdoors, has good communication and interpersonal skills, a great attitude, and a strong work ethic, can be trusted to work to complete assigned tasks without being micromanaged, and is comfortable learning and working with our livestock and volunteers. 

• Provide support and assistance in a respective area of community service  
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to community service  
• Provide excellent customer service to constituents  
• Utilize available resources to perform duties accordingly  
• Serve to enhance outreach for the greater Waco community  
• Must be federal work study eligible
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
