The Biotherapeutics Production group at AbbVie is seeking an experienced bispecifics/multi-specifics cell line and protein expression scientist to join a fast paced, high throughput, large scale mammalian expression group. The Biotherapeutics mammalian expression group supports medium to large scale (1 to 100L) expression of bispecific/multi-specific biologics in support of AbbVie’s worldwide drug discovery efforts.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Expression of bispecifics and other novel multi-specific biologics formats to support therapeutic area drug discovery projects.
• Transient and stable CHO expression vector design (including complex 3-chain and 4-chain multi-specific molecules),
• Generation of stable CHO cell lines using 2 or more vectors and multiple selection strategies to optimize chain pairing o
