At Tend, we do dentistry differently — bringing hospitality, technology, and clinical excellence together to create a new kind of dental experience. As the Regional Operations Leader for the Boston market, you’ll be the key driver of performance, growth, and a culture champion across multiple studios. This role is about more than operations — it’s about embodying Tend’s values and building a positive, inclusive culture that inspires our teams and delights our members.. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll partner closely with Studio Managers, Lead Dentists, and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, financial success, and an unparalleled patient experience. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Market Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of multiple studios within the Boston market.
  • Drive Results: Own market-level P&L, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve revenue, efficiency, and profitability goals.
  • Develop Leaders: Coach, mentor, and empower Studio Managers to run high-performing teams and build strong pipelines of talent.
  • Champion Patient Experience: Collaborate with Lead Dentists and clinical teams to ensure a seamless, world-class member experience and consistently strong NPS scores.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality: Uphold OSHA, HIPAA, and Tend’s clinical and operational standards through audits, risk management, and training.
  • Optimize Resources: Oversee staffing, scheduling, and facilities to maximize patient access and maintain well-run, welcoming studios.
  • Model and Promote Culture: Champion Tend’s values in every studio. Create an environment where Lead Dentists, Studio Managers and their teams feel supported, respected, and engaged.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in dental multi-unit operations.
  • Proven track record managing multi-site teams with measurable impact on performance and growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and revenue-driving strategies.
