As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.</p><p></p><p><u>How you will make an impact:</u></p><ul><li><p>Design solutions for Windchill business data model configuration and customization with Info*Engine components, web services, business rules. and UI.</p></li><li><p>Design solutions and configure systems using Windchill PDMLink, MPMLink and SUMA functional modules, data model, business rules, and UI.</p></li><li><p>Lead project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentor other team members, and ensure project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, security policies.</p></li><li><p>Lead efforts to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.</p></li><li><p>Stays informed about technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations.</p></li><li><p>Achieve business and technical objectives and schedule by designing, coding, implementing, testing, and supporting technical application solutions. </p></li><li><p>Coordinate and execute unit and system level automated and or manual test plans and documentation of results.</p></li><li><p>Translate PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) business requirements into functional, technical requirements, solution design, and development.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the team of internal PLM Functional and Technical architects to configure/customize the Windchill PLM system as per business &amp; functional requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support integration of data from PLM to ERP, SQMS and MDM, working closely with other enterprise systems and business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Mentor developers and consultants on designing and implementing the better solution working around the technical feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Effort estimation of user stories, providing demonstrations for implementation.</p></li><li><p>Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on complex issues.</p></li><li><p>Determine and lead the design of system specifications, standards, and programming.</p></li><li><p>Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommend changes and formulate alternative solutions in policies and procedures.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>What you'll need (Required): </u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field + 5 years of solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>What else we look for (Preferred): </u></p><ul><li><p>5 -7 years of related working experience on PTC Windchill v12.1 or above and it’s supporting applications installation, administration, configurations, and customization.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill core modules PDMLink, PartsLink, MPMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, Windchill Component and Supplier Management (SUMA) configuration and customizations.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Windchill Architecture, database, setting up change management workflows, user management, xBOM management, BOM transformation, Platform Structures, Variant configuration, Manufacturing Process Plans, Supplier Management.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with CAD Data Management (Creo, SolidWorks and Altium) and integrations </p></li><li><p>Understanding of design structures, product structure, product configuration, and manufacturing processes.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on customization experience using Windchill/Java Client Architecture (WCA/JCA).</p></li><li><p>Experience in a multi workstream development environment using DevOps CI/CD tools and methodologies. Knowledge in GitLab.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Windchill Bulk migrator to stage &amp; migrate data.</p></li><li><p>PTC ThingWorx Implementation knowledge </p></li><li><p>PTC Windchill certifications </p></li><li><p>Relevant industry experience (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments</p></li><li><p>Technical Skills: Java, JSP, Java Script, XML, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL, Info*Engine Web Services, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, Ajax
