Branch Manager (Banking/Credit Union)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a strong understanding of financial services, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest level of member satisfaction.
This position is eligible for hybrid work after 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including daily activities, cash management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union members, addressing their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and cross-selling of credit union products and services.
• Resolve member issues and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Represent the credit union in the local community, participating in events and initiatives to promote brand awareness and financial literacy.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance standards.
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years supervisory or branch management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• All viable candidates must be US Citizens or Active Green Card Holders due to the requirement of obtaining a US Public Trust Clearance for this position
