This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in product management, preferably with experience in interoperability, electronic data exchange, and API solutions for healthcare revenue cycle stakeholders. Serving as a crucial link between a customer���s business functions and product requirements, you will play a pivotal role in automating healthcare processes that drive efficiencies and ensure a seamless patient and user experience across the Oracle Health product portfolio and partner ecosystem.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to develop innovative EDI and API products that meet market needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required.  This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.  
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, X12, HL7, and FHIR.  
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to product launch.  
  • Passion for turning ideas into deliverables – and seeing ideas through to delivery.
  • Ability to constantly reassess assumptions and priorities.
  • Healthcare IT and/or Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for healthcare financial data exchange products, including ideation, market research, requirements gathering, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Attention to detail and ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business objectives.
  • Ensure products align with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and prioritize initiatives based on business goals.
  • Act as the product subject matter expert, providing support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, resolve issues and ensure successful product adoption.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
