The Clinical Programs Tech 4 role requires advanced leadership and subject matter expert (SME) capabilities within the clinical program landscape. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Clinical Programs campaigns, production processes, and the overall operational framework. The Tech 4 is pivotal in driving the success of clinical initiatives and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to  associates, fostering their professional development and enhancing their understanding of workflow processes.
• Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, ensuring effective communication and alignment on objectives.

Subject Matter Expertise:

• Serve as a go-to resource for clinical program knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and organizational changes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical program strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

Operational Support:

• Manage daily tasks effectively, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support the execution of clinical programs by coordinating with various departments, ensuring seamless integration of processes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within clinical workflows, contributing to the overall enhancement of program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials and resources that support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze clinical program performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to upper management for informed decision-making.
• Prepare and present reports on program outcomes, trends, and areas for development.

Project Management:

• Lead special projects related to clinical programs, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within clinical programs or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have active registration/license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state
• National Certification - CPhT (PTCB or ExCPT)

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
