2025 Summer Operations + Fulfillment Intern
North Las Vegas, NV – Tapestry Fulfillment Center
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Hours: 40 hours per week
Timeline: May 19th – August 8th (12 week Internship)
Major: Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
Academic Progression: Junior, Senior or Recent Graduate

About our Team: Our Fulfillment team at Tapestry (Coach, Kate Spade & Stuart Weitzman) works within our newly launched, state of the art, 800,000 square foot warehouse in North Las Vegas to fulfill and ship retail store inventory and ecommerce orders. Our operational functions include several departments within our robotic facility include: Inbound, Inventory, VAS, Pick, Packing, AutoStore, Shipping and Returns. Our operations and fulfillment team are made of servant leaders that inspire, develop and hold their teams accountable to our company standards, values, and metrics. This team also works cross functionally with our engineering, safety, maintenance and L&D teams to drive continuous improvements within our site!
Internship Responsibilities:

Perform analysis/research on in progress CI projects with Operations Supervisors.

Assist Operations Manager and Sr Operations Manager with tracking daily throughput by functional area.

Investigate and resolve cartons/totes in Jackpot areas as directed.

Track progress of cross training initiative in conjunction with operations supervisors and training coordinator.
Intern Qualifications:

Must be a junior, senior, or new graduate with Business, Supply Chain or equivalent bachelor’s degree

Must be able to work onsite for full 12 weeks of internship

Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, Outlook & Teams
